70% commission split, dollar one day one After generating 100k
gross, commission goes to 90% split Bonus paid for helping

that all proper disclosures are made, a sales associate is at liberty
to purchase or sell any property any time. Sales
associates are permitted to take advantage of the following programs
TWICE per calendar year. All other
personal purchases or sales will be treated as any other conventional
sale or purchase. If
no commissions are earned by the sales associate on the PURCHASE
of their own property, then no EXIT transaction fees or company portion
of commission will be levied. If
commissions are earned, the transaction the commission/fees will be as
