10% Sponsoring Bonus Residuals

At EXIT, we encourage everyone to help build the company. We do this by providing a bonus equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions of every agent you directly sponsor into the company . . . anywhere in the world! This bonus is paid by our international Head Office as a bonus for helping to build the company.

For example, if you sponsor Jim into EXIT, you receive a bonus equivalent to 10% of Jim's gross commission, up to $10,000 per year for as long as both you and Jim are a part of EXIT. The bonus comes from head office, so it doesn't reduce Jim's commission -- could you do something with that?

Now please note that if Jim sponsors "Mary", Jim will receive 10% of Mary's gross commission up to $10,000 per year. You don't receive any financial bonus from Mary's work... but I bet Jim will be happier and keep working for EXIT... and for YOU!

7% Retirement Residuals Benefit

At EXIT, you will continue to receive a retirement bonus equivalent to 7% of the gross commission of all the agents you have sponsored into EXIT as long as they stay with exit, up to $7,000 per year each. Could this make a difference for you?

5% Beneficiary

Bonus paid for helping to recruit – an equivalent of 10% of recruits’ annual earnings up to 10k per year per recruit

If you retire or go part time, you will still earn an equivalent of 7% of your recruits’ annual earnings up to 7k per year per recruit.  Even if you are retired, you may still recruit

In the event of your passing, your beneficiary will earn an equivalent of 5% of your recruits’ annual earnings up to 5k per year per recruit.

Purchasing your own home?

Provided that all proper disclosures are made, a sales associate is at liberty to purchase or sell any property any time.  Sales associates are permitted to take advantage of the following programs TWICE per calendar year.  All other personal purchases or sales will be treated as any other conventional sale or purchase.

If no commissions are earned by the sales associate on the PURCHASE of their own property, then no EXIT transaction fees or company portion of commission will be levied.  If commissions are earned, the transaction the commission/fees will be as follows:

·        10% of the total commission goes towards royalty fees

·        $150.00 will go to EXIT Corporation (when applicable)

·        E&O insurance at the prevailing rate

If no commissions are earned by the sales associate on the SALE of their own property, then a $200 flat fee paid to EXIT ISLAND & BEACH REALTY to cover signage/administrative costs will be charged to the sales associate. If commissions are earned, the transaction commission/fees will be as follows:

·        10% of the total commission goes towards royalty fees

·        $150.00 will go to EXIT Corporation (when applicable)

·        E&O insurance at the prevailing rate

·        A $200 flat fee paid to EXIT ISLAND & BEACH REALTY to cover signage/administrative costs.
